Our Client, a leading Lloyds syndicate, is looking to recruit a Group Risk Change Manager to support the Group Head of Operational Risk in the development and execution of the Group's change risk programme. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Operational Risk, duties will include:
- Support effective development and implementation of the Group's change risk framework including monitoring and reporting and ensure Project, Portfolio and associated business risks are identified, assessed managed and transparent
- In conjunction with the Group Head of Operational risk develop and maintain the change portfolio risk metrics and reporting which highlight the risks to achieving the business change objectives and the actions and controls in place to mitigate those risks
- Provide input as a subject matter expert to a selection of projects across the group. Liaise with and challenge the risk and control assessments of both the project and potential business impact risks and assist in the identification and monitoring of actions which ensure the prevention of operational loss events and adverse project delivery risks.
- Assist the Group Head of Operational Risk and Portfolio Management Office in providing monthly Risk Reports to the Group Risk and Capital Committee, group-wide risk team meetings and the group Audit Committee
- Alongside the group operational risk team, assist in the development and administration of the software to enable and support change risk reporting.
- Participate as a member of the Group Risk Team, functioning as a Subject Matter Expert for agreed risk areas
You will be part or full ACII (or else have a similar Risk and/or Project Management qualification) at least 5 years previous risk management and/or change management experience along with the ability to manage a number of multiple projects at senior level and pick up London market product and process understanding if not worked in Insurance before.
