GENERAL SUMMARY: Assist the HR Sr. Manager in supporting all 3 GID Call Centers located in Rocklin, Ca. Petaluma Ca, and Grove City, Ohio. Partner with Business Leaders to, identify issues, formulate and deliver human resource based solutions related to employee relations, performance management, employee and leadership development and other general areas of Human Resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Policy Consultant ? Strong knowledge and application in employment law and understands ramifications of any actions by managers or employees in violation of employment law or company practice. Guides and influences manager and employee actions to ensure compliance. Act as a resource to Customer Contact Center staff to ensure fair and consistent application of HR philosophy. Provide strategy and direction to managers and employees.
- Employee Relations ? Provides counseling and direction to Customer Contact Center staff on business issues and facilitate communication, resolve conflicts and improve performance. Responsible for diagnosing critical issues posed by employees or managers and works to resolve sensitive issues. Influence and consult leaders to minimize attrition by encouraging a high level of engagement with their direct reports
- Performance Management ? Guide staff through performance management issues. Follow up to ensure fair treatment and that there is clarity of the issues, and that action plans are clear, reasonable and achievable.
- Employee Development ? Identifies Customer Contact Center needs and identifies and recommends the appropriate training to be delivered. Works closely with Sr. Leadership and Corporate Training to ensure all needs are met.
- HR Specialist ? Stay abreast of all changing employment regulatory information and communicates changes within HR and Customer Contact Center management team.
- Project Management: Determines scope of the project. Executes a strategy, an action plan and analysis.
- Other Generalist duties may include assisting in recruiting, compensation, payroll and Budget monitoring.
- Ensure effective communications??up, down and across the business.

2) Minimum educational level:
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
3) Minimum experience:
- Five years experience in related Human Resource function(s).
